变压器低压侧套管渗油成因分析与处理方法 被引量:3

摘要 针对某电站110 kV主变低压套管A相和C相引线处长期渗油,从现场运行、检修及本体结构反复分析,终于找到渗油原因,通过技改消除了渗油缺陷;为解决类似故障,建议在变压器出线连接结构中,主变套管与母排宜采用软连接方式,杜绝物件之间相互作用力的影响;也可考虑将母排做一个弯折以增加伸缩空间,同时增加支柱瓷瓶来分解作用在套管上的水平方向机械力,降低套管密封胶垫受损导致渗漏油缺陷的发生;在多次处理无果时,不要把原因仅归结于密封件的老化或松动,应从多方面进行原因分析。 In the 110 kV main transformer in a power station,the low-voltage side bushings at the phase A and phase C leads are of long term oil leakage.From the in-situ operation and maintenance conditions and the structure of the equipment,the causes of the leakage are determined.After corresponding technical renovation,the problem is successfully eliminated.To solve similar faults,it is suggested that in the connection structure of the transformer outgoing lines,flexible connection mode should be adopted for the main transformer bushings and busbar to eliminate the influence of interactions between objects.It can also be considered to make a bend of the busbar to increase the space for expansion or contraction,and add support insulators to decompose the horizontal mechanical force acting on the bushings,so as to reduce the occurrence of oil leakage defect caused by the damage of the bushing sealing gaskets.Furthermore,if the treatment is of no effect,the problem may be not caused just by ageing or looseness of the seals.Instead,it should be analyzed from multiple aspects.
