摘要
结合工程实例,对某商业综合体供能系统余热回收的技术经济性进行分析。提出利用热泵机组,供暖期回收排烟余热制备生活热水、消除白色烟羽,供冷期回收冷水机组冷却水余热制备生活热水,过渡期联合空气换热器制备生活热水。改造后,供能系统新增设备购置费为108.3×10^(4)元,年制备生活热水费用可减少44.09×10^(4)元/a,项目静态差额投资回收期为2.46 a,经济性良好。改造后,燃气锅炉烟气脱白效果显著。
Combined with a project example,the technical economy of waste heat recovery of a commercial complex energy supply system is analyzed.It is proposed to use heat pump unit to recover the waste heat of smoke exhaust to prepare domestic hot water and eliminate white smoke plume in heating period,recover the waste heat of the cooling water of water chilling unit to prepare domestic hot water in cooling period,and combine air heat exchanger to prepare domestic hot water in transition period.After transformation,the purchase cost of new equipment of energy supply system is 108.3×10^(4) yuan,the annual cost of preparing domestic hot water can be reduced by 44.09×10^(4) yuan/a,the payback period of the static difference investment of the project is 2.46 years,and the economy is good.After transformation,the elimination effect of white flue gas from gas-fired boiler is remarkable.
