高温烟气烟道固定支架结构优化有限元分析

摘要 某工业锅炉在运行中烟道固定支架发生损坏。对高温运行条件下烟道固定支架进行有限元模拟,分析发生损坏的原因,提出改进措施。固定支架最大应力不满足安定性条件是运行中发生损坏的主要原因。结构优化后固定支架最大应力为222.52 MPa,满足安定性条件。 The fixed support of flue gas duct of an industrial boiler was damaged during operation.The fixed support of flue gas duct under high temperature operation is simulated by finite element method,the causes of damage are analyzed,and the improvement measures are proposed.The main reason for damage in operation is that the maximum stress of the fixed support does not meet the stability conditions.After structural optimization,the maximum stress of the fixed support is 222.52 MPa,which meets the stability conditions.
