参松养心胶囊对老年慢性心力衰竭并室性心律失常患者心功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of shensong yangxin capsule on cardiac function and quality of life of senile patients with chronic heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia

目的:观察参松养心胶囊对老年慢性心力衰竭并室性心律失常患者临床症状、心功能及生活质量的改善情况。方法:选择2017年1月—2021年6月西藏民族大学附属医院心内科确诊为心力衰竭合并室性心律失常的住院患者116例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组58例。对照组按照心力衰竭指南给予限盐限水、休息、吸氧、扩血管、利尿、神经内分泌拮抗等治疗。观察组在对照组基础上加用参松养心胶囊。治疗4周后,比较两组患者临床症状、心功能左室射血分数(LVEF)、室性心律失常发生次数、血清脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)及患者生活质量[Barthle指数(BI)和健康调查简表(SF-36)评分]。结果:治疗后两组患者临床症状均缓解,提高了生活质量,心功能和LVEF得到改善(P<0.05)。室性心律失常发生次数明显减少(P<0.05)。NT-proBNP明显降低(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者症状缓解更明显,Barthle指数和SF-36评分更高(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.58,P<0.05)。结论:参松养心胶囊能有效改善老年慢性心力衰竭并室性心律失常患者的临床症状,提高生活质量,减少患者室性心律失常的发作次数,疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the improvement of clinical symptoms,cardiac function and quality of life of patients with heart failure complicated with ventricular arrhythmia treated with shensong yangxin capsule.Methods:from January 2017 to June 2021 in affiliated Hospital of Xizang Nationalities university affiliated hospital heart heart failure diagnosis combined with 116 cases of hospitalized patients with ventricular arrhythmia,were randomly divided into treatment group(58 cases)and observation group(58 cases),treatment group according to the guidelines for heart failure to limit salt water rationing,rest,oxygen,expanding,diuresis and neuroendocrine antagonist therapy.The observation group was additionally given shensong yangxin capsule on a routine basis.After 4 weeks of treatment,clinical symptoms,cardiac function left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),incidence of ventricular arrhythmias,serum brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP)and quality of life[Barthle index and Health survey Brief Form(SF-36)score]of 2 groups were compared,and the collected data were statistically analyzed.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptoms of patients in the two groups were relieved and their quality of life was improved.Cardiac function was improved and LVEF was increased(P<0.05).The incidence of ventricular arrhythmias was significantly reduced(P<0.05).NT-proBNP was significantly decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,patients in the observation group had more symptomatic relief and higher Barthle index and SF-36 scores(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.58,P<0.05).Conclusion:Shensong yangxin capsule can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with chronic heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia,improve the quality of life,reduce the incidence of ventricular arrhythmia,the curative effect is significant.
