摘要
基于去势法建立小鼠胫骨的骨质疏松模型,探究骨质疏松对胫骨力学性能的影响规律。用Micro-CT扫描小鼠胫骨得到二维切片,重构胫骨三维数字模型,分析骨小梁形状与密度。通过对胫骨进行力学性能测试及有限元仿真,研究骨质疏松对胫骨力学性能的影响。结果表明,骨质疏松造成骨小梁结构破坏和胫骨力学性能下降。相对于健康的胫骨,骨质疏松导致小鼠胫骨最大载荷减小20%,刚度与弹性模量分别减小30%和25%,力学性能仿真与实验结果具有较好的一致性。本研究可为骨质疏松的临床诊断和康复治疗提供重要依据。
The osteoporosis model of mouse tibia was established based on castration, and the effect of osteoporosis on the mechanical properties of tibia was investigated. The two-dimensional sections of mouse tibia were obtained by Micro-CT. The three-dimensional digital model of mouse tibia was obtained by reconstruction technology, and trabecular bone shape and density were analyzed. The effect of osteoporosis on the mechanical properties of tibia was explored by testing and finite element simulation. The results showed that osteoporosis could damage the trabecular structure and decrease the mechanical properties of tibia. Compared with healthy tibia, the maximum load, bending stiffness and elastic modulus of tibia decreased by 20%, 30% and 25%, respectively, and the simulation results were in good agreement with the experiment. This study provides an important basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis.
