陕西故事的精准国际传播:内涵及方法——兼论中国故事精准国际传播的地方实践意义

Accurate International Transmission of Shaanxi Story:Connotation and Method——On the Local Practical Significance of the Precise International Dissemination of Chinese Stories

二十大报告明确指出,要“增强中华文明传播力影响力。坚守中华文化立场,提炼展示中华文明的精神标识和文化精髓”。在提高中国故事精准国际传播能力时,地方应提高主动性,增强域外网站及平台的传播主动性;创新传播形式,发掘更多的艺术表现形式,多样态地讲好中国故事;尊重“他者”的文化传统及思维习惯,推进区域国际形象的区域化及分众化表达;灵活运用信息传播技术,提高国际传播的效度和精准度。陕西通过讲好中国故事、陕西故事、丝路故事,作为陕西外宣工作的重点,也是中国故事精准国际传播区域性实践的重要内容。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has clearly stated that it is vital to “enhance the influence of the spread of Chinese civilization, adhere to the position of Chinese culture, and refine and display the spiritual identity and cultural essence of Chinese civilization”. When improving the accurate international transmission ability of Chinese stories, local governments should take more initiative and enhance the transmission initiative of foreign websites and platforms;innovate transmission forms, explore more artistic forms, tell Chinese stories in various ways;meanwhile, it is necessary to respect the cultural tradition and thinking mode of “other cultures”, promote the regionalization and mass expression of regional international image;and flexibly use information transmission technology to improve the validity and accuracy of international transmission. As an important part of China stories, the international communication capacity of Shaanxi stories should be improved. It is not only the focus of Shaanxi’s publicity work, but also an important part of the regional practice of accurate international transmission of Chinese stories.
