Discriminating the Concepts of Political Discourse

政治话语是当前学术界的研究热点。需要在厘清西方学术界对“话语”研究历程的基础上,对“话语”概念进行界定;更需要梳理政治概念的发展过程,以马克思主义的观点对政治进行定义;只有归纳不同历史时期学者们对政治话语的研究观点,才能对政治话语概念的本质进行阐释,即政治话语是指政治话语施众与政治话语受众就一个国家政治思想理论问题在沟通过程中使用的言语物质和符号形式,是构成意识形态的基本内容,是一个国家政治思想理论的外在表达形式。

Political discourse is a hot research topic in the current academic circles. On the basis of clarifying the courses of research on “discourse” in the western academic circles, the concept of “discourse” is defined;and through sorting out the development process of the concept of politics, it defines politics from the point of view of Marxism. By summarizing the research viewpoints of scholars in different historical periods on political discourse, the essence of the concept of political discourse can be explained. That is, political discourse refers to the verbal material and symbolic form used by political discourse practitioners and political discourse audiences in the communication process of a country’s political thought and theory, which is the basic content constituting ideology. It is the external expression form of a country’s political thought and theory.
