高校基层党务干部履职能力提升研究综述——基于Citespace知识图谱分析

A Review of Research on Enhancing the Performance Ability of Grassroots Party Cadres in Colleges and Universities:Knowledge Mapping Analysis Based on CiteSpace

基于中国知网数据库中的北大核心期刊及CSSCI期刊文献240篇,运用科学计量软件Citespace进行关键词共现和聚类分析,进而构建科学知识图谱。研究发现,高校基层党务干部履职能力研究历经萌芽探索期、稳定发展期、深化融合期,聚焦于“现状评估与理论概念”“素质能力与强化提升”“实践发展与创新策略”热点领域。在此基础上对其前景与发展方向进行展望,助推高校以高质量党建引领高质量发展。

Based on 240 articles from Peking University core journals and CSSCI journals in the database of China Knowledge Network, this paper uses CiteSpace, a scientific metrology software, to conduct keyword co-occurrence and clustering analysis, and then constructs a scientific knowledge map. This study finds out that the research on the ability of grass-roots party cadres in colleges and universities to perform their duties has gone through periods of budding exploration, stable development and deepening integration, focusing on the hot areas of "current situation evaluation and theoretical concepts" "competence and enhancement" and "practical development and innovative strategies". On this basis, this paper looks forward to the prospect and development direction of this research perspective, and helps colleges and universities to lead high-quality development through party building of high quality.
