摘要
以苯酚和壬烯为原料,按照傅-克烷基化反应机理合成壬基酚。壬基酚对位异构体的热力学稳定性高于邻位异构体,在适合的条件下反应能够导致烷基基团的重排,使对位壬基酚的质量分数增加。在现有的生产装置中,通过优化工艺条件,并选用高温型强酸性阳离子交换树脂,提高了产品中高对位壬基酚的质量分数。
Nonylphenol was synthesized from phenol and nonene by Friedel crafts alkylation mechanism.The thermodynamic stability of the para isomer of nonylphenol was higher than that of the ortho isomer.Under suitable conditions,the reaction could lead to the rearrangement of alkyl groups and increase the content of para nonylphenol.In the existing production plant,the content of high para nonylphenol in the product is increased by optimizing the process conditions and selecting high-temperature strong acid cation exchange resin.
