摘要
为了研究淬火过程中环保型淬火液(PAG)的温度及搅拌速度对40Mn钢带淬火后性能的影响,采用控制变量法设计实验。通过数据分析对比可得,PAG温度为25℃,搅拌速度为1000r/min时,淬火所得试样综合性能最好,拉伸强度为1725.8 MPa,硬度为634.1 HV_(0.2),金相组织为板条状马氏体。
In this paper,in order to study the influence of the environment-friendly quenching fluid(PAG)temperature and stirring on the performance of 40Mn steel strip after quenching during the quenching process,the experiment was designed by the controlled variable method.After data analysis and comparison,the result is that when the PAG temperature is 25℃and the stirring speed is 1000 r/min,the overall performance of the quenched sample is the best,the tensile strength is 1725.8 MPa,the hardness is 634.1 HV_(0.2),and the metallographic structure is plate striped martensite.
