高校社会责任教育氛围的量表编制及检验

摘要 在提出“高校社会责任教育氛围”概念的基础上,以穆斯(MOOS)的社会环境结构理论为分析框架,初步构建了高校社会责任教育氛围的评价体系,并编制了高校社会责任教育氛围量表(CU-SRECI)。基于两次调查获取的数据,经过题项分析、探索性因素分析以及验证性因素分析,结果表明:高校社会责任教育氛围由师生关系、同伴关系、教学导向、学生发展以及组织管理等5个维度组成,量表最终保留46个题项,通过信、效度检验,符合测量学的指标要求,可作为测量高校社会责任教育氛围水平的工具。 On the basis of proposing the concept of“university social responsibility education climate”,using MOOS’social environmental structure theory as the analysis framework,the evaluation system of college social responsibility education climate was initially constructed,and the Social Responsibility Education Climate Inventory in colleges and universities(CU-SRECI)is compiled.Based on the data obtained in the two surveys,through item analysis,exploratory factor analysis,and confirmatory factor analysis,the results show that the climate of social responsibility education consists of five factors:teacher-student relationship,peer relationship,teaching orientation,student development,and organizational management.In terms of dimensional composition,the scale finally retains 46 items,which passthe reliability and validity tests and meet the requirements of surveying indicators.It can be used as a tool to measure the level of college social responsibility education climate.
