On the Examination in Higher Education with Focus on Students’Development

Examination is given a strong focus to nowadays.The underlying values of education and examination are disguised.Ideally,examination is a logical consequence of lecturing,but both of themcan be considered as one,since both evolve from the same sources:the vision of lecturers and their objectives,that is,what their students shall become.Examinations and examination concepts need to be well designedto be specific and efficient to enable students to reveal their individual highest potential.With a continuous and holistic view on the students examinations may provide a valuable support for their development.
