坚持人民至上思想,贯穿于党的二十大报告始终,成为中国特色社会主义新时代和全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程的主旋律与最强音。坚持人民至上思想来源于马克思主义人民观,在中国共产党的奋斗历程中得到不断拓展。中国特色社会主义进入新时代以来,以习近平同志为主要代表的中国共产党人坚持马克思主义人民观,贯彻党的群众路线,构建了坚持人民至上理论体系,创新发展了马克思主义,取得了马克思主义中国化时代化的成果。

It is the thought of“Persisting in Putting the People First”that has run through the report to the Party's 20th National Congress,which constitutes the main theme and the strongest tone of the New Era of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics and of comprehensively building a modern Socialist country.The idea of upholding the supremacy of the people comes from the Marxist’s concept about the people,which has been constantly developed in the course of the CCP's struggle.Entering the new era,on behalf of the CCP,Xi Jinping persists the Marxist’s view on the people and the Party’s mass line to bulid up the thought system on“Persisting in Putting the People First.”It is a great innovation which contributes a remarkable achievement of the sinicization and modernization of Marxism.
