摘要 电能质量是一个多指标的综合体,需要综合评估反映其整体状况。本文提出了一种基于博弈交叉DEA-多目标决策的分布式电源电能质量综合评估方法。首先,利用博弈交叉DEA确定电能质量评估指标的权重,确保评价结果之间具有横向可比性;然后,结合多目标决策评价方法,依据实测数据构建相对优属度矩阵;最后,利用指标权重和相对优属度矩阵,求得每个决策单元的评估值,实现对评估点电能质量水平的优劣排序。算例结果表明,本文所得的评估点电能质量排序结果与现实情况相符,验证了所提算法的有效性与合理性。 Power quality is a multi-index complex,which requires comprehensive assessment to reflect its overall status.In this paper,a kind of power quality comprehensive assessment method for distributed generation on the basis of DEA game cross-efficiency model and multi-objective decision making is proposed.Firstly,the DEA game cross-efficiency model is used to determine the weight of power quality assessment index and assure horizontal comparability between assessment results.Then,the relative superior attribute degree matrix is constructed in combination with multiple decision making assessment method and also in accordance with actually measured data.Finally,the index weight and the relative superior attribute degree matrix are used to obtain the assessment value of each decision making unit in order to rank the power quality level of the assessment point.The example results show that the sort results of power quality level of the assessment points are consistent with the actual situation,and the effectiveness and rationality of the algorithm are verified.
