肋网式可展开抛物面天线的网面整体成形方法

摘要 为使天线反射网面安装操作步骤更加简洁高效,研究一种适用于中小口径肋网式可展开抛物面天线的反射网面整体成形方法。通过强制拉伸实现对柔性网面的张力赋予,以直观的位移量替代张力值。平面裁剪得到一片平面网面,将整片网面张拉至天线支承肋,并与肋缝制连接,实现反射面成形;根据设计抛物面天线的口径和焦径比,分为平面和圆台面网面进行张拉成形;对采用平面整体成形的0.5 m口径天线和采用圆台面整体成形的3 m口径天线进行成形过程的有限元仿真,其反射面型面误差RMS≤1.0 mm;研制了一台口径为3 m、焦径比为0.56、具有36根碳纤维复合材料豆荚形截面肋的可展开缠绕肋天线样机,测量型面误差RMS≈0.8 mm。结果证实,所研究的网面整体成形方法高效可行。 To make the mesh reflector assembly procedure of the antenna more concise and efficient,an entire assembly method of mesh that suitable for small to medium aperture deployable rib-mesh paraboloidal antennas was studied.The tension of the flexible mesh was given by forced stretching,and the tension value was replaced by the intuitive displacement.A piece of planar mesh was obtained by plane cutting,and the whole mesh was entirely tensioned onto the rib skeleton of the antenna and connected with the ribs by sewing to form the reflector surface.According to the aperture and the ratio of the aperture to the focal length of the desired paraboloidal antenna,the method could realize the entirely stretching from planar mesh and from truncated conical mesh.The finite element simulation of the mesh assembly process was carried out for a 0.5 m aperture antenna with plane pattern and a 3 m aperture antenna with truncated cone pattern.The surface RMS errors of the reflector surfaces were both not more than 1.0 mm.A deployable wrap-rib antenna prototype with 3 m aperture and 36 CFRP ribs with lenticular cross section was produced,and the measured surface RMS errors were about 0.8 mm.This mesh assembly method was verified to be efficient and feasible.
