早期康复训练用于全髋关节置换术术后康复的临床效果

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing for PediatricSupracondylar Humeral Fracture

分析早期康复训练(Early Rehabilitation Training,ERT)在全髋关节置换术(Total Hip Ar-throplasty,THA)术后康复中的临床效果。方法:选择我院2019年7月-2020年6月接受THA的60例髋关节疾病患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法,将研究对象分为2组,对照组和观察组,每组病例数各30例。对照组采取常规康复训练,观察组采用ERT,对比2组的髋关节功能、自理能力、患者治疗满意度及并发症发生率。结果:术后6周、12周髋关节功能评分相比,观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05);术后6周、12周自理能力相比,观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05);患者治疗满意度相比,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);并发症发生率相比,观察组少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:为促使THA患者尽快康复,采取ERT干预,既能提升髋关节功能、自理能力及患者治疗满意度,又能减少并发症,同时提高治疗效果与患者满意度,值得推广。

To explore and analyze the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing for children with supracondylar humeral fractures. Methods: From January 2017 to December 2020, 60 pediatric children with supracondylar humeral fractures were included in the study, and the children were randomly divided into trial group (n=30) and traditional group (n=30). The traditional group implements routine care, and the trial group imple-mented rapid rehabilitation care based on the traditional group. Results:Children in the test group had postoperative VAS scores at 3 d and 7 d were lower than that in the traditional group ( P<0 . 05 ) . Children in the test group had lower joint mobility and limb swelling scores, shorter hospital stay than the traditional group, and higher care satisfac-tion rate than the traditional group ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusions:The implementation of rapid rehabilitation care for chil-dren with supracondylar humeral fracture can reduce and relieve the pain feeling and promote the recovery of their joint function, and its nursing effect is good, which is worthy of promotion and application.
