下肢骨折内固定手术的手术室护理配合效果

The Effect of Nursing Coordination in Operating Room in Internal Fixation of Lower Extremity Fractures

探究下肢骨折内固定手术中采取手术室护理配合的效果。方法:选择本院2019年3月-2020年3月收治的行下肢骨折内固定手术患者56例,按照不同护理方式将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各28例。对照组患者采取常规护理,观察组患者采取手术室护理配合,观察2组患者术后住院时间、骨折愈合时间、下床时间等康复指标、术后并发症及护理满意度情况。结果:观察组患者术后住院时间为(10.08±3.21)天、骨折愈合时间为(6.24±0.57)周、下床时间为(6.51±1.38)周,均短于对照组患者术后住院时间的(18.73±3.64)天、骨折愈合时间的(9.04±1.54)周、下床时间的(10.64±2.27)周,2组数据差异显著(P<0.05);观察组与对照组术后并发症发生率分别为14.29%、39.29%,观察组更优,2组数据差异显著(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对下肢骨折内固定手术患者采取手术室护理配合能够在一定程度上提升手术治疗效果,进一步降低术后并发症的发生,加速患者预后,提升患者满意度,值得在临床中推广使用。

To explore the effect of nursing cooperation in operating room in internal fixation of lower extremity fractures.Methods:A total of 56 patients with internal fixation of lower extremity fractures who were ad-mitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected and divided into a reference group and a research group according to different nursing methods,with 28 cases in each group.The patients in the reference group were given routine nursing care,and the patients in the study group were given nursing cooperation in the operating room.The postoperative hospital stay,fracture healing time,time to get out of bed and other rehabilitation indicators,post-operative complications and nursing satisfaction were observed in the two groups.Results:The postoperative hospital stay time of the patients in the study group was(10.08±3.21)days,the fracture healing time was(6.24±0.57)weeks,and the time to get out of bed was(6.51±1.38)weeks,which were all shorter than those in the control group(18.73±3.64 weeks).d,fracture healing time(9.04±1.54)weeks,and time to get out of bed(10.64±2.27)weeks,the data between the two groups were not comparable(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group and the reference group were 14.29%and 39.29%,respectively,and the study group was better,and the data between the two groups were not comparable(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Con-clusion:Operating room nursing cooperation for patients undergoing internal fixation of lower extremity fractures can improve the surgical treatment effect to a certain extent,further reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,accelerate the prognosis of patients,and improve patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
