摘要
完井过程中,酸性完井液在储层下对金属设备的腐蚀严重,且腐蚀产物不利于储层保护。为了解决上述问题,本文以食用香料糠基硫醇、甲醛和二乙醇胺为原料制备一种具有环境友好性的酸性缓蚀剂ZU,通过静态失重法和极化曲线分析缓蚀剂ZU的缓蚀性能,并评价缓蚀剂ZU与完井液体系的配伍性。实验结果表明,缓蚀剂ZU分子中含有糠基杂环、S原子以及C=C,能与金属表面形成稳定的配位键,形成致密的吸附油膜,有效地隔离腐蚀介质,其缓蚀率大于95%,达到保护金属的目的。含有2%缓蚀剂ZU的完井液体系无起泡现象,浊点值小于10NTU,N80钢的腐蚀速率仅为0.031mm·a^(-1),表明缓蚀剂ZU与完井液体系具有良好的配伍性。
In the completion process,acid completion fluid can seriously corrode metal equipment under the reservoir,and the corrosion products were detrimental to reservoir protection.In order to solve the above problems,an eco-friendly acid corrosion inhibitor ZU was prepared using furfuryl mercaptan,formaldehyde and diethanolamine as raw materials.The corrosion inhibition performance of the inhibitor ZU was analyzed by static weightlessness method and polarization curve,and the compatibility of the inhibitor ZU with the completion liquid system was evaluated.The experimental results showed that the corrosion inhibitor ZU molecule contained furfuryl heterocyclic ring,S atom and carbon-carbon double bond,which can form stable coordination bonds with the metal surface to form a dense adsorptive oil film,effectively isolating the corrosive medium,and its corrosion inhibition rate was greater than 95%,so as to achieve the purpose of metal protection.The completion liquid system contain-ing 2%corrosion inhibitor ZU had no bubble phenomenon,the turbidity point value was less than 10 NTU,and the corrosion rate of N80 steel was only 0.031mm·a^(-1),indicating that the corrosion inhibitor ZU has good compatibility with the completion liquid system.
