摘要
探讨在肺挫伤并发肋骨骨折手术麻醉中应用肺隔离技术的价值。方法:选择本院2015年12月-2020年12月就医的肺挫伤并发肋骨骨折患者72例,根据随机数字表法分组。对照组中32例患者提供气管导管插管,观察组中40例患者提供双腔支气管导管插管,统计2组术中各项指标变化情况。结果:观察组术中SpO_(2)值为97.82%±2.06%、术中Ppeak值为(25.18±2.04)cmH_(2)O,均高于对照组的91.58%±7.25%、(21.25±5.48)cmH_(2)O,检验结果显示P<0.05(t=5.300、4.262)。结论:临床在以手术方式治疗肺挫伤并发肋骨骨折患者时,对于肋骨内固定最佳时间为患者受创后72小时内开展,并将肺隔离术应用于双腔支气管导管插管中,可有效预防患者在手术过程中健侧肺出现气道梗阻与通气不良情况,利于患者恢复,适宜深入研究与应用。
Application of lung isolation technique in anesthesia of lung contusion combined with rib fractureAbstract:To explore the value of lung isolation technique in anesthesia for lung contusion complicat-ed with rib fracture. Methods:72 patients with pulmonary contusion complicated with rib fracture who were hospital-ized in our hospital from 2015 to December 2020 were selected and grouped according to the random number table method. In the conventional group, 32 patients were provided with endotracheal tube intubation, and in the experi-mental group, 40 patients were provided with double lumen bronchial tube intubation. The changes of various indexes in the two groups were counted. Conclusion:when the patients with pulmonary contusion complicated with rib fracture are treated surgically, the best time for rib internal fixation is within 72 hours after the injury, and the application of lung isola-tion in double lumen bronchial catheter intubation can effectively prevent airway obstruction and poor ventilation in the healthy side of the patients during the operation, which is conducive to the recovery of the patients. It is suitable for in-depth research and application.
