摘要
CO_(2)作为天然制冷剂,在冷冻冷藏、热泵热水、新能源汽车空调等领域制冷系统中具有良好应用前景。介绍了CO_(2)制冷系统阀件产品特征,阐述了JB/T《二氧化碳制冷系统用电磁阀》和JB/T《二氧化碳制冷系统用电子膨胀阀》两部同步制定的行业标准的编制背景,从标准适用范围、产品型式、基本参数、最大动作压差试验与气密性等综合性能评价检验项目等方面系统解读了标准技术要点。
As a natural refrigerant, CO_(2)has good application prospects in refrigeration systems in the fields of refrigeration and refrigeration, heat pump hot water, and new energy vehicle air conditioners. This paper introduces and expounds the product characteristics of CO_(2)refrigeration system valve parts, and expounds the background of the compilation of industry standards jointly formulated by JB/T “Solenoid valve for CO_(2)refrigera-tion systems” and JB/T “Electronic expansion valves for CO_(2)refrigeration systems”. The technical points of the standard are systematically interpreted from the aspects of the scope of application of the standard, product type, basic parameters, comprehensive performance evaluation and inspection items such as the maximum operating pressure difference test and air tightness.
