活塞式制冷压缩机仿真试验系统的建立

摘要 首先分析采用第二制冷剂法搭建的活塞式制冷压缩机试验系统,并以Matlab/Simulink为平台搭建活塞式制冷压缩机仿真试验系统模型。结果表明:优化后仿真试验系统数据与物理试验数据吻合良好,证明了活塞式制冷压缩机仿真试验系统的合理可靠,为后续制冷压缩机的设计和性能预测提供可靠的仿真试验平台,同时为深入研究制冷压缩机性能和建立更精准的仿真系统打下了良好的基础。 This paper first analyzes the piston refrigeration compressor test system built by the second refrigerant method. And bulit the simulation test system model of piston refrigeration compressor by Matlab/Simulink platform. The results show that the optimized simulation test system is in good agreement with the physical test data, which proves that the simulation test system of piston refrigeration compressor is reasonable and reliable. It provides a reliable simulation test platform for the subsequent design and performance prediction of refrigeration compressor, and lays a good foundation for the in-depth study of refrigeration compressor performance and the establishment of a more accurate simulation system.
