基于滚动转子压缩机微型制冷系统的研究进展分析

摘要 相较于传统制冷系统设备,微型制冷系统具有体积小、质量轻、高集成等优势,目前主要被应用于空调服、便携式冷却设备以及集成电子散热等领域。目前随着传热理论的完善以及高精度工业制造水平的提升,近年来不断涌现与微型制冷系统相关的研究成果。针对微型制冷系统在现实中不同场合的应用,蒸气压缩式制冷系统的工作原理,对3种主流制冷系统进行概述,主要围绕蒸气压缩式微型制冷系统展开叙述;结合近年来国内外的研究成果,归纳目前蒸气压缩式微型制冷系统的发展现状;对近年来微型滚动转子式压缩机研究成果进行总结。最后论述微型制冷系统与微型滚动转子式压缩机在现阶段发展仍存在的问题,同时展望未来两者的发展趋势与方向。 Compared with the traditional refrigeration system, the miniature refrigeration system has the advantages of small size, light weight and high integration. At present, it is mainly used in air conditioning clothing, portable cooling equipment and integrated electronic heat dissipation. With the improvement of heat transfer theory and the advance of industrial manufacturing level, research results related to miniature refrigeration system have emerged in recent years. This paper mainly introduces :the application of miniature refrigeration system in reality;summarizes three mainstream refrigeration systems, mainly focusing on steam compression miniature refrigeration system. Based on the research results at home and abroad in recent years, the research progress of steam compression miniature refrigeration system is discussed, and the core technical achievements of vapour rolling rotor compressor are summarized. Finally, the problems restricting the development of miniature refrigeration system and vapour rolling rotor compressor are discussed, and the development direction of the two is prospected.
