摘要 注油量是保证压缩机可靠高效运行的重要参数之一。根据压缩机系统应用建立注油量分析模型,详细介绍了分析模型中各个参数的获取方法,通过性能、噪声和可靠性试验验证该模型的准确性。分析模型考虑到压缩机运行的极限工况和采用可靠性试验获得的最低油位,能够较好地保证压缩机正常工作时状态,为压缩机注油量设计提供参考。 Oil mass is one of the important parameters to ensure reliable operation and high efficiency of rotary compressor. According to the application of compressor system, this paper establishes the mathematical model of oil mass, introduces the method of obtaining each parameter in the mathematical model in detail, and verifies the accuracy of the model through performance, noise and reliability tests. The mathematical model takes into account the limit operating conditions of the compressor and the minimum oil level obtained by the reliability test, which can better ensure the normal working state of the compressor. It provides a reference for the design of oil mass of the compressor.
