摘要
玉米是猪饲料的主要原料之一,在饲料配比中可达70%。玉米的营养成分含量因品种、地域等不同差异很大,深入研究和评价玉米化学成分及营养价值,可更合理地利用饲用玉米、降低饲料生产成本。本文综述了玉米的营养成分、猪有效能以及氨基酸标准回肠末端消化率等研究进展,以期为玉米在猪饲料中高效应用提供参考。
Corn is one of the main feed ingredient of pig feed, which can reach 70% of diet formulation. However, the nutrient content of corn varies greatly due to varieties and regions. In-depth research and evaluation of the differences in the chemical composition and nutritional value of corn can make more rational use of corn for feed and reduce the cost of feed production.This article reviews the research progress of corn’s nutritional content, available energy and amino acids standardized ileal digestibility of pigs, in order to provide an important reference for the efficient application of corn in pig feed.
