制约中医药传承创新发展的内在因素分析与对策

Analysis and Countermeasures of Internal Factors Restricting the Development of Chinese Medicine

中医药传承创新发展迎来大好时机,同时面临巨大挑战。本文结合中医药学的特色与优势,从3个方面系统分析中医药传承创新发展中的自身不足:一是中医药创新理论的共识度有待提高,二是中医药防治疾病的临床疗效有待提升,三是中医药传承的文化氛围有待加强。为此我们提出3条相应对策建议:一要遵循自身规律,凝聚共识,传承精华,在守正的基础上创新发展;二要突出中医特色,科学评价,面向临床,在疗效的基础上总结优势;三要增强文化自信,营造氛围,中西融合,在科学的语境中研究医学。充分发挥中医药的原创优势,推动中医药精华传承与守正创新,助力健康中国战略和人类卫生健康共同体。

The inheritance,innovation and development of TCM usher in a great opportunity,while facing huge challenges.Based on the characteristics and advantages of TCM,this paper systematically analyzes the deficiencies in the inheritance,innovation and development of TCM from three aspects:first,the consensus of TCM innovation theory needs to be improved;Second,the clinical efficacy of TCM in disease prevention and treatment needs to be improved;Third,the cultural atmosphere of TCM inheritance needs to be strengthened.For this reason,we propose three corresponding countermeasures:First,we should gather consensus,follow our own laws,observe integrity and innovation to inherit and develop TCM;Second,we should make scientific evaluation,highlight the characteristics of the discipline,and improve the clinical treatment effect of TCM;Third,we need to create an atmosphere,enhance cultural confidence,and promote the integration of humanities and science of TCM.Give full play to the original advantages of TCM,promote the inheritance,integrity and innovation of the essence of TCM,and help the healthy China strategy and the human health community.
