高血压病舌象特征及其客观化研究

Research Progress on Characteristics and Objectification of Tongue Image in Hypertension

高血压是诱发心血管疾病的首要病因,严重影响患者生存质量和生命健康。寻找简、便、廉、验的诊断和预警方法对防止高血压病发生发展至关重要。舌诊作为中医特色诊法操作简单、准确率高,深受医者推崇。大量文献显示舌诊在高血压病早期预警、诊断、辨证、治疗及风险评估方面均具有突出优势。但因舌诊主观依赖性较强,量化、客观化研究仍处于探索阶段,致使其在高血压病诊疗中的价值未被重视及充分挖掘。本文在着重梳理高血压病与舌象的关系、高血压病舌象特征及其客观化研究等内容后,认为舌诊作为高血压病的优势诊法值得进一步研究。同时提出可借助人工智能等新兴技术,构建一种基于舌象的高血压风险评估模型,以提高舌诊对高血压病的诊疗优势,使之更好地服务于临床。

Hypertension is the primary cause of cardiovascular disease,which seriously affects the quality of life and health of patients.It is very important to find simple,convenient,inexpensive and effective diagnosis and early warning methods to prevent the occurrence and development of hypertension.Tongue diagnosis,as a characteristic diagnostic method of traditional Chinese medicine,is highly praised by doctors for its simple operation and high accuracy.A large number of literatures show that tongue diagnosis has outstanding advantages in early warning,diagnosis,syndrome differentiation,treatment and risk assessment of hypertension.However,due to the strong subjective dependence of tongue diagnosis,and the quantitative and objective research is still in the exploration stage,its value in the diagnosis and treatment of hypertension has not been paid attention to and fully exploited.After focusing on the relationship between hypertension and tongue picture,the characteristics of tongue picture of hypertension and its objective research,this paper believes that tongue diagnosis,as the superior diagnosis method of hypertension,is worth further studying.At the same time,it is proposed to build a hypertension risk assessment model based on tongue image with the help of AI and other emerging technologies,so as to improve the advantages of tongue diagnosis in the diagnosis and treatment of hypertension and make it better serve the clinic.
