摘要
丙烯酸聚氨酯是防护涂料领域一种常用的面漆,其性能优异、价格低廉,但在寒冷地区施工时存在干燥时间长等问题,严重影响施工周期,造成停工损失。在双组分聚氨酯的基础上,开发第三组分。通过锌盐和乙酰丙酮的协同作用,在低温下,可以大大缩短表干和硬干的时间,同时保持合理的混合使用寿命,其他各方面性能基本不变,非常有利于低温下的施工。
The acrylic polyurethane is often used as the topcoat in the field of protective coatings.It has excellent performance and low price.However,there are problems such as long drying time during construction in cold regions,which seriously affect the construction period and even cause shutdown losses.On the basis of the 2K polyurethane,the third component is developed.Through the synergistic effect of zinc salt and acetyl acetone,the dust-free time and hard drying time can be greatly shortened at low temperature,while maintaining a reasonable potlife.Other properties are basically unchanged.The third component is very conducive to the construction at low temperature.
