摘要
以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯(2-EHA)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、丙烯酸月桂酯(LA)、4-丙烯酰吗啉(ACMO)为单体,2-羟-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮(光引发剂1173)为光引发剂,合成了一种可紫外光固化的丙烯酸酯树脂(UV-WGZ),向其中再加入丙烯酸单体和助剂,制成OCA光学胶(GS-1)。通过凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)测定UV-WGZ的相对分子质量及其分布,通过FT-IR对GS-1进行结构表征。主要讨论了软硬单体配比、AA含量、功能单体LA含量、ACMO含量、光引发剂和增粘助剂含量对OCA光学胶性能的影响。结果表明,当软硬单体的配比为97∶3、AA含量为5.5%、LA含量为0.5%、ACMO含量为3%、光引发剂1173的含量为1.2%、光引发剂TPO含量为0.4%、增粘助剂含量0.4%时,OCA光学胶的综合性能最优。
A series of UV curable acrylate resins(UV-WGZ)has been prepared by using methyl methacrylate(MMA),2-ethylhexyl acrylate(2-EHA),acrylic acid(AA),2-hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA),lauryl acrylate(LA),4-allacyl morpholine(ACMO)as monomers,and 2-hydroxy-2-methylpropiophenone(photoinitiator 1173)as an initiator.Then an OCA optical adhesive(GS-1)has been prepared by using the prepared UV-WGZ in addition to acrylic monomers and additive.The molecular weight and distribution of UV-WGZ are determined by gel permeation chromatography(GPC),and the structure of the GS-1 is characterized using infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).The effects of soft and hard monomer ratio,AA,LA,ACMO,photoinitiator and viscosifier dosage on the properties of the OCA adhesive are investigated.The results show that the comprehensive performance of OCA optical adhesive is the best when the ratio of soft and hard monomer is 93∶7,AA content is 9%,LA content is 1%,ACMO content is 3%,photoinitiator 1173 content is 1.2%,photoinitiator TPO content is 0.4%and viscosifier content is 0.4%.
