工业企业煤气泄漏原因及预防措施的探讨

Discussion on Causes and Preventive Measures of Industrial Gas Leaking from the Gas Facilities

从煤气泄漏的危害性入手,对煤气泄漏的原因进行分析,指出煤气介质腐蚀性大小、煤气设施质量缺陷以及煤气设施操作不当,是当前钢铁企业煤气泄漏的3个主要影响因素。针对煤气泄漏的3个主要因素,阐述预防措施、应急处置方法及安全注意事项。提出了煤气质量源头治理及入炉原料有害成分控制是控制煤气腐蚀性强弱的主要措施,也是降低煤气设备腐蚀穿孔的最直接方法,同时提出了建立煤气设施状态监控系统和煤气泄漏预警系统,是及时预防、发现煤气泄漏的最有效手段,最终将煤气泄漏消灭在萌芽状态。

The causes of gas leakage are analyzed in order to reduce the consequences of gas leakage accidents which is harmful and fatal.It is pointed out that the corrosiveness of gas,the quality defects of gas facilities and the improper operation of gas facilities are the three main influencing factors of gas leakage in iron and steel enterprises at present.In view of the three main influencing factors of gas leakage,this paper further expounds the preventive measures,emergency treatment methods and safety precautions of gas leakage.It is pointed out that the control of the source of gas quality and the control of the harmful components in the raw materials are the main measures to control the corrosiveness of gas and the most direct measures to reduce the corrosiveness and perforation of gas equipment,at the same time,the establishment of gas facility condition monitoring system and gas leakage early warning system is the most effective means for enterprises to prevent and discover gas leakage in time.
