摘要
为防止冶金工业厂房吊车盲目改造与更新造成吊车梁结构安全隐患与事故,文章从改变吊车起重量的角度出发,通过对吊车设计原理、轮压及荷载、工作级别、结构损伤等方面,分析其影响吊车梁结构安全的因素。得出吊车起重量的变化并非影响吊车梁结构安全的唯一因素,还应根据改造后或新增吊车的具体参数,并考虑吊车梁结构缺损的严重程度,进行综合分析与评估。
The factors affecting the structural safety of crane beams are analyzed from the perspective of changing the lifting capacity of crane through the design principle of crane,wheel pressure and load,working grade,structural damage,etc.in order to prevent the hidden safety hazards and accidents of crane beam structure caused by the blind transformation and renewal of crane in metallurgical industrial plants.It is concluded that lifting capacity of crane is not the only factor affecting the structural safety of crane beams,and the specific parameters of the modified or new crane and the severity of the structural defects of crane beams,should be considered comprehensively.
