摘要
采用两种色彩的锦纶长丝与染色涤纶、染色黏胶进行组合设计,利用嵌入式复合纱与段彩纱的纺纱技术制备了双色锦纶段彩丝,研究了双色段彩丝的结构与生产技术,并对纺制的双色段彩丝进行质量测试与分析。结果表明,双色段彩丝风格独特,段彩部分具有表面光滑、毛羽少的特点,实现了长丝纱与短纤维纱的有机结合,为棉纺企业提供了长丝产品开发的新思路。
Two-color nylon filaments, dyed polyester, dyed viscose are used for combination design. The bicolor nylon segment color filament is prepared by using the spinning technology of embedded composite yarn and segment color yarn. The structure and production technology of the bi-color section colored silk are mainly studied, and the quality test and analysis of the prepared bi-color section colored silk are carried out. The results show that the style of the two-color segment color silk is unique, and the segment color part has the characteristics of smooth surface and less hairiness, which realizes the organic combination of filament yarn and staple fiber yarn, and provides a new idea for the development of filament products for cotton spinning enterprises.
