摘要
作为中国一个重要的餐饮大省,浙江不仅承担着“重要窗口”的任务,还在“共同富裕示范区”建设中发挥着重要作用。基于现今消费者需求日益多元化的背景,对浙江餐饮业竞争力的科学评估显得尤为必要,但是相关研究仍然非常缺乏。本文从收入总额、发展空间、扩张规模及速度、盈利能力、人才供给五个角度分析浙江餐饮业相对全国其他省份的优势和劣势,并在此基础上从餐旅协同、文化传承、数字赋能、龙头培育、机制创新、内生增长、境外合作、人才供给八个方面提出推动浙江餐饮产业链提升的对策建议,以期促进浙江省经济社会的发展。
As an important catering province in China,Zhejiang not only undertakes the task of“important window”,but also plays an important role in the construction of“common prosperity demonstration zone”.Based on the increasingly diversified consumer demand,the scientific evaluation of the competitiveness of Zhejiang's catering industry is particularly necessary,but the relevant research is still very lacking.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Zhejiang's catering industry compared with other provinces in the country from five perspectives of total income,development space,expansion scale and speed,profitability,and talent supply,and on this basis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the upgrading of Zhejiang's catering industry chain from eight aspects:catering and tourism cooperation,cultural heritage,digital empowerment,leading cultivation,mechanism innovation,endogenous growth,overseas cooperation,and talent supply,With a view to promoting the economic and social development of Zhejiang Province.
