欠发达地区夜间经济高质量发展探析——以安徽省蚌埠市为例

Analysis on High Quality Development of Night Economy in Underdeveloped Areas——Take Bengbu City as an Example

欠发达地区夜间经济起步较晚,虽然取得一些成效,但与人民美好生活的需要还存在差距。以蚌埠市为例,研究发现:一是整体统筹缺乏规划;二是夜间经济地域特色不足;三是夜间经济集聚效应不强;四是配套设施不够完善;五是文化内涵挖掘不够。为此,相应的政策思路是:一是系统谋划,做好顶层设计;二是加大文化建设投入力度,打造夜间经济特色品牌;三是加强夜间经济配套保障,优化夜间营商环境;四是合理布局,丰富夜间经济新业态。

The night economy in underdeveloped areas started late.Although some results have been achieved,there is still a gap with the people's needs for a better life.Taking Bengbu City as an example,First,there is a lack of overall planning;Second,the regional characteristics of night economy are insufficient;Third,the night economic agglomeration effect is not strong;Fourth,the supporting facilities are not perfect;Fifth,the excavation of cultural connotation is not enough.Therefore,the corresponding policy idea is:First,system planning and top-level design;Second,increase investment in cultural construction and create a brand with night economic characteristics;Third,strengthen the supporting guarantee of night economy and optimize the night business environment;Fourth,make rational layout and enrich new business forms of night economy.
