技术溢出、合作联盟、上游补贴与企业创新绩效研究

Research on Technology Spillovers,Cooperative Alliances,Upstream Subsidies and Enterprise Innovation Performance

创新作为提高企业核心竞争力的关键要素,受到各大企业以及学界的广泛关注。本文建立一个双层的产业结构模型,利用stackelberg两阶段博弈模型,基于理论层面研究企业创新绩效问题。发现技术溢出有消极作用,领军企业的上游补贴具有正面的积极作用,而合作联盟中企业数量对企业创新绩效的影响呈倒U型。提高企业创新绩效的关键在于政府营造健康的市场创新环境、各企业间组建创新合作联盟以及领军企业扩大创新补贴。

Innovation,as the key factor to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,has been widely concerned by major enterprises and academia.This paper establishes a two-level industrial structure model,and uses stackelberg two-stage game model to study enterprise innovation performance based on the theoretical level.It is found that technology spillovers have a negative effect,and upstream subsidies of leading enterprises have a positive effect,while the impact of the number of enterprises in cooperative alliances on the innovation performance of enterprises is inversely U-shaped.The key to improve the innovation performance of enterprises is to create a healthy market innovation environment,establish innovation cooperation alliances among enterprises and expand innovation subsidies for leading enterprises.
