摘要
研究了AZ91D镁合金在四氟丙烯/CO_(2)保护气氛中熔炼形成的表面氧化膜特征。结果表明,氧化膜呈致密特征,主要由Mg、F、O、Al等4种元素组成,表面氧化膜主要由MgF2和MgO两相组成。随着四氟丙烯浓度增加,表面膜的致密度系数逐渐增加;熔炼温度升高,致密度系数逐渐减小。
The characteristics of surface films of AZ91D melt protected in tetrafluoropropene/CO_(2)gases were investigated.The results reveal that the oxide film presents densification,which is mainly composed of Mg,F,O,and Al,and the main phases are MgF2and MgO.The coefficient of density is increased gradually with increasing in concentration of tetrafluoropropene,which is decreased gradually with the increase of melting temperature.
