定向凝固速率对Cu-Cr-Zr合金组织与力学性能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Directional Solidification Rate on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Cu-Cr-Zr Alloy

摘要 采用定向凝固技术制备了不同凝固速率的Cu-0.67Cr-0.3Zr合金。凝固速率在13.2~242μm/s时,合金为胞晶生长方式,且胞晶尺寸随凝固速率的增大而逐渐减小,在胞晶间的组织为共晶组织。在凝固速率为13.2、26μm/s的试样胞晶内部观察到微米级棒状BCC结构Cr相。另外,在试样的α-Cu基体中均观察到均匀分布的纳米级FCC结构Cr颗粒,且颗粒密度随凝固速率增大而升高。此外,随凝固速率增大,合金的硬度和屈服强度升高。 Cu-0.67Cr-0.3Zr alloy with different solidification rates were prepared by directional solidification technology. In the range of 13.2~242 μm/s, the alloy presents cellular growth, and the cell size is decreased gradually with the increase of solidification rate with the eutectic structure in intercellular region. At solidification rate of 13.2、26 μm/s, micron-size rod-like BCC Cr phase is observed inside the cellular, and nano-size FCC structural Cr particles with uniform distribution are observed in the α-Cu matrix, of which the density is increased with solidification rate increasing. Besides, the hardness and yield strength of the alloy are increased with the increase of solidification rate.
