摘要
采用添加微量元素Ag的方式强化精密铸造高铍Be-Al合金的铸造性能。通过研究高Be铸造Be-Al合金的制备、腐蚀方法和SEM、EDS分析,从微观层面分析Ag在Be-Al合金中的分布与强化组织。开发出能够显示Ag强化组织的腐蚀方法,发现在高Be铸造Be-Al合金中,Ag在Be-Al界面和Al相中,局部富集形成了强化组织。
The casting properties of high beryllium Be-Al alloy by investment casting were strengthened by adding trace element Ag. The distribution and strengthening structure of Ag in Be-Al alloy were analyzed from microscopic level by investigating the preparation and corrosion method as well as SEM and EDS analysis. A corrosion method was developed to display the enhanced microstructure of Ag. The results indicate that Ag is locally enriched at the Be-Al interface and in the Al phase in high beryllium cast beryllium aluminum.
