摘要
根据铝合金气缸盖短周期快速成形的要求,结合某铝合金气缸盖的结构特点,提出铝合金气缸盖的快速铸造工艺。采用选择性激光烧结成形及无模精密成形快速制芯技术,以及全砂型与局部冷铁结合的快速重力浇注工艺方案。生产实践表明,快速铸造工艺方案设计合理,能够快速地生产气缸盖铸件,满足新产品快速开发需求。
According to the requirements of short cycle and rapid forming for aluminum alloy cylinder cover, the rapid casting technology for the aluminum alloy cylinder cover was proposed based on the structural characteristics of an aluminum alloy cylinder cover. Selective laser sintering and die-less precision forming for core-making as well as the rapid gravity casting process with the combination of full sand mould and local chillers were utilized. Production indicates that the design of the rapid casting process is reasonable, which can quickly produce cylinder cover castings, meeting the rapid development of new products.
