摘要
锡青铜四联阀箱结构复杂,且要承受4.5 MPa的水压试验,因锡青铜组织疏松,渗漏是主要缺陷,砂型铸造时工艺难度较高。介绍了锡青铜ZCuSn10Zn2的铸造特性,分析了四联阀箱的结构及可能产生的问题,给出了相应的铸造工艺特点。通过采取适当的措施,有效地将四联阀箱的渗漏情况控制在较低的水平,满足了批量生产的需要。
Tin bronze four-way valve box has complex structure which is subjected to the hydraulic strength test of 4.5 MPa. Due to the loose structure of tin bronze, leakage is a main defects to be solved, leading to difficulty in sand casting. The casting characteristics of tin bronze ZCuSn10Zn2 was introduced, and the structure and possible problems of four-way valve box were analyzed, and the corresponding principles and casting process were presented. The leakage of the four-way valve box was effectively controlled at a low level through appropriate measures in order to meet the needs of mass production.
