绿色建筑理念下的乡村改造设计——以大南沟村为例

Rural Reconstruction Design under the Concept of Green Building:A Case Study of Danangou Village

虽然绿色建筑理念已深入人心,但在乡村的实施应用依旧不高。文章通过对郑州市大南沟村的走访调研,发现村内存在缺乏绿化、卫生环境差、土地浪费严重、围护结构保温隔热不佳等诸多问题。针对以上问题,结合实际项目经验,梳理规划层面、环境层面、建筑层面三方面的具体措施,为绿色建筑理念在乡村改造中的应用提供更多的思路。

Although the concept of green building has been popular, the implementation and application in rural areas is still not high. In this paper,through the investigation of many villages in Zhengzhou city, it is found that there are many problems in villages, such as lack of greening, poor sanitary environment, serious waste of land, poor thermal insulation of enclosure structure and so on. In view of the above problems, combined with the actual project experience, taking the representative Damangou Village as an example, the specific measures in rural planning, environmental improvement and building renovation are sorted out to provide more ideas for the application of green building concept in rural reconstruction.
