海绵城市理念指导下的城市绿地系统规划研究——以利津县中心城区为例

Research on Urban Green Space System Planning under the Guidance of Sponge City:Taking the Central Urban Area of Lijin as an Example

文章以山东省利津县中心城区为例,在海绵城市理念指导下,探索适合具有北方城市特征的绿地系统规划策略。文章以“地域性、多元性、系统性”为规划原则,提出构建前期源头控制-重点调蓄净化-后期规划保障的策略体系,确定了城市年径流总量控制目标,打造雨洪调蓄系统、生态自净系统以及受纳传导系统,提出规划保障策略,期望对北方城市基于海绵城市理念的绿地系统规划提供有益启示。

Taking the central urban area of Lijin County, Shandong Province as an example, this paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of integrating the concept of sponge city into green space system planning, and explores urban green space system planning strategies suitable for the characteristics of the northern plains. Based on the planning principles of "regional, pluralistic, and systematic", this paper proposes to build a strategic system of source control in the early stage-key regulation and storage purification-planning guarantee in the later stage. Storage system, ecological self-purification system, receiving and conduction system and ecological greenway system, and put forward planning guarantee strategies, hoping to provide useful inspiration for the green space system planning based on the concept of sponge city in northern water-scarce cities.
