莆田市萝苜田历史街区街巷保护整治设计实践研究

Practice Research on the Protection and Renovation Design of Streets and Lanes in Luomutian Historical District of Putian City

莆田萝苜田历史街区作为民国时期繁荣起来的商埠区,因港兴城,不仅拥有水乡城镇港城一体、水陆交织的肌理特色,亦呈现出中西合璧的建筑风貌,是莆田历史文化名城的重要保护对象。文章通过对其特征价值的梳理分析,结合具体实践,从街巷肌理织补、界面的整治、节点空间塑造、景观与环境优化等方面入手,提出适应性历史街巷保护整治相关策略,以作为该街区保护再生实践性探讨。

Luomutian Historic District is a key protected object of the famous historical and cultural city of Putian. As a prosperous commercial port area in the period of the Republic of China due to the port, it not only reflects the integration of ports and cities, the interweaving of water and land which is the texture characteristics of the water towns, but also presents an architectural style that combines Chinese and Western styles. Through the analysis of characteristic value of the block, combined with specific practice, this paper proposes the adaptive strategies related to the protection and remediation of historical streets and lanes from darning of the street and lane’s texture, improvement of the interface, shaping of the node space and optimization of the landscape and environment, as the practical discussion of the protection and regeneration of the block.
