摘要
学习故事是一种促进幼儿学习与发展的叙事性评价工具,它的评价理念在民办幼儿园中得到广泛关注。但是民办幼儿教师在运用学习故事评价幼儿发展的过程中存在评价目的决策不清晰,评价内容的标准理解不深刻,评价时机把握不准确的问题。这阻碍幼儿教师深入解读幼儿发展需要,弱化幼儿自我建构的水平,更阻碍幼儿教师自身的专业化发展。
Learning story is a narrative evaluation tool to promote children’s learning and development,and its evaluation concept has received widespread attention in private kindergartens.However,when private kindergarten teachers use learning stories to evaluate children’s development,there are problems such as unclear evaluation purpose and decision-making,superficial understanding of evaluation content standards,and inaccurate evaluation timing.This prevents preschool teachers from interpretating children’s development needs in depth,weakens children’s self-construction level,and hinders preschool teachers’own professional development.
