互联网+时代高校辅导员职业创新的方法就是运用互联网技术进行思政教育,同时这也是在高等教育中提升辅导员的教学质量的一种手段。本文分析了高校辅导员到目前为止的思政教育情况,同时还提出了部分高校辅导员在互联网+时代教育中存在的相关问题,比如,部分高校辅导员的媒介素养有待提升,在网络的工作当中缺少引领作用,对阵地的相关建设缺乏清晰的认知等。为了改善高校辅导员在互联网+教育过程中存在的问题,本文提出了相应的改进措施,高校辅导员必须要提升自身的网络思政能力,通过不断地创新来进行自我完善,改善问题的主要目标就是提升高校教育的网络学习机制,有效地提升高校教育网络的思政教育质量。

The career innovation of college counselors in the Internet+era is to use internet technology for ideological and political education,which is also one of the main development ways of higher education,which can effectively improve the teaching quality of counselors.This paper analyzes the current ideological and political education of college instructors.At the same time,it also points out the relevant problems of some college counselors in the education in the Internet+era.For example,the media literacy of some college counselors needs to be improved.Some counselors lack a leading role in the work of network,and they also lack a clear understanding of the relevant construction of the front.In order to improve the problems existing in the process of internet+education,this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.College counselors must improve their internet ideological and political ability and improve themselves through continuous innovation.The main goal of improving the problem is to improve the online learning mechanism of college education and effectively improve the quality of ideological and political education of college education network.
