中小学校园欺凌行为的心理成因与对策分析

摘要 中小学阶段是学生身心成长的关键时期,也是校园欺凌的多发时期。当前,校园欺凌呈现越来越低龄化、群体化趋势,不仅对青少年的校园学习生活产生了重要影响,还有可能导致严重心理创伤,对学生今后的学习、成长、择业、成家产生多元影响。本文从校园欺凌的概念分析入手,浅谈校园欺凌的常见类型与基本特征,并从校园欺凌心理特征、心理成因分析入手,浅谈校园欺凌的干预对策。落实推进心理健康教育,全员参与对校园欺凌有效干预,才可以推进立德树人工作的全面开展。 The primary and secondary school stage is a critical period for students'physical and mental growth,and it is also a period of frequent bullying on campus.At present,bullying on campus is showing a trend of younger age and group oriented,which not only has an important impact on the school life of teenagers,but also may lead to serious psychological trauma.Furthermore,it may have a multi-dimensional impact on students'future study,growth,career choice and family formation.Starting from the conceptual analysis of campus bullying,this article discusses the common types and basic characteristics of campus bullying.Meanwhile,this article starts with the analysis of psychological characteristics and causes of campus bullying,and discusses the intervention countermeasures of campus bullying.Only by implementing and promoting mental health education and effectively intervening in campus bullying can we promote the comprehensive development of moral education.
