随着社会经济的高速发展,资本结构的优化,为现代化经济体制创造了优质的条件。中小企业作为国民经济的新生力量,也伴随着飞速提升,企业规模不断壮大。从杂乱无序到合理合法,都是一个社会的进步,在企业逐渐壮大中,财务管理方面无法同步与企业的发展速度,财务外包必然成为一个战略趋势,影响着企业的经济效益,决定企业的生存与发展,是提高企业新发展格局、推动高质量发展的重要基础。因此企业选择财务外包不仅可以抽身于繁琐的日常业务,还可以提高企业的核心竞争力,选择财务外包,企业还需要充分认识建立风险评估的重要意义,科学地识别、评价、应对财务外包风险,对我国财务外包发展健康有序、可持续发展带来安全保障。本文选择四川金宏厦建筑有限公司作为研究对象,通过对金宏厦公司的概况,根据公司财务外包的需求加以分析,最终得到相关评价,再通过对风险的处理,给出合理建议,为后续的研究提供思路。

With the rapid development of social economy and the optimization of capital structure,high-quality conditions have been created for the modern economic system.As a new force in the national economy,small and medium-sized enterprises are also growing in size with the rapid improvement.From disorder to reasonable legality,it is a social progress.In the process of growing up,financial management cannot keep pace with the development speed of enterprises.Financial outsourcing is bound to become a strategic trend,which affects the economic benefits of enterprises and determines their survival and development.At the same time,it is also an important foundation for improving the new development pattern of enterprises and promoting high-quality development.Therefore,the choice of financial outsourcing by enterprises can not only get rid of cumbersome daily business,but also improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.When choosing financial outsourcing,enterprises also need to fully understand the importance of establishing risk assessment,scientifically identify,evaluate and respond to financial outsourcing risks,and bring security guarantee to the healthy,orderly and sustainable development of China's financial outsourcing.In this paper,Sichuan Jinhongxia Construction Co.,Ltd.is selected as the research object.Through the overview of Jinhongxia Company and the analysis of the company's financial outsourcing needs,the relevant evaluation is finally obtained.Then,through the treatment of risks,reasonable suggestions are given to provide ideas for subsequent research.
