摘要
以甜百合小鳞茎作为外植体,以MS为基本培养对甜百合进行不定芽的诱导、不定芽的增殖和瓶内生根的研究。结果表明:最适合甜百合小鳞茎诱导和增殖的培养基是MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L;适宜生根的培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.1 mg/L+AC500 mg/L,有利于小鳞茎的生根,根系生长比较健壮,生根率可达100%。
The article mainly states the study on the induction,proliferation of adventitious buds and test-tube rooting of sweet lilies,and the bulblets of sweet lilies were used as ex-plants,based on MS medium.The results showed that the most suitable medium for the induction and proliferation of small bulbs of sweet lilies was MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L;and the suitable medium for rooting was 1/2MS+NAA0.1 mg/L+AC500 mg/L,which is conducive to the rooting of small bulbs and the root growth is relatively strong,and the rooting rate can reach 100%.
