摘要
目前用于民用飞机运行需求论证方案的评价指标不够全面和完整,难以找出影响飞机产品质量和竞争力的关键指标。在分析民用飞机运行环境和运行任务的基础上,从机型适应性、飞机使用便捷性、设备匹配性、维修合理性、飞机先进性、签派可靠性6个维度,建立了民用飞机运行需求指标体系,利用层次分析法计算指标权重,采用模糊集方法确定指标的隶属度,将指标隶属度的客观性与专家定性分析的主观性结合确定量化指标,提出民用飞机运行需求评价模型。同时,运用C#语言开发了民用飞机运行需求指标体系评估软件,并通过B737-800机型实例验证了该模型的合理性和可行性。
At present, the evaluation index for the demonstration program of civil aircraft operation requirement is not comprehensive and complete, which is difficult to identify key indicators that affect the quality and competitiveness of civil aircraft products. Based on the analysis of the operational environment and operational mission of civil aircraft, an index system of operational requirements for civil aircraft is established from six dimensions: aircraft adaptability, aircraft convenience, equipment matching, maintenance rationality, aircraft advancement and dispatch reliability. The index weight is calculated by analytic hierarchy process, the membership degree of the index is determined by fuzzy set method. Indicators are quantitatively calculated combined with the objectivity of index membership and the subjectivity of expert qualitative analysis. A model for evaluating the operational requirements of civil aircraft is proposed, C# language is used to develop the evaluation software of civil aircraft operation requirement index system. An example of B737-800 is used to verify the rationality and feasibility of the evaluation model.
