摘要
为提高复合材料层合板凹坑损伤目视检测结果的精确度和可靠性,基于凹坑损伤处标记吸盘的图像,提出按颜色识别标记吸盘和标记吸盘与凹坑损伤距离最小相结合的识别方法。试验结果表明,该方法可确保被检出凹坑损伤的识别率达到99.95%;同时,该方法的计算机程序实现简单,图像分析工作量和数值计算量少,可为提高国内飞机复合材料层合板目视检测结果精度和可靠性提供借鉴。
In order to improve the accuracy and reliability of the visual inspection results of the dent damage of composite laminates, a recognition method is proposed to identify the marked sucker by color and to minimize the distance between the marked sucker and the dent damage based on the image of the marked sucker placed in the detected dent damage. The experimental results show that this method can ensure that the recognition rate of dent damage detection reaches 99.95%. On the other hand, the computer program of the method is simple, the workload of image analysis and numerical calculation are less, which can provide reference for improving the accuracy and reliability of visual inspection results of composite laminates for domestic aircraft,
