江苏数字孪生水网建设与预报调度一体化应用初探 被引量:9

摘要 江苏省地跨长江、淮河两大水系,省内有太湖、洪泽湖和大运河、南水北调东线等重要河湖及工程体系,在国家水网格局中占据重要地位。数字孪生水网建设是新阶段江苏水利高质量发展的重要举措和实施路径。依据江苏省河流水系特点与水利管理工作实际需求,在问题剖析的基础上阐述了数字孪生水网建设思路。以江苏省太湖地区为例,以河网模型为核心,初步构建防洪“四预”功能体系,探索基于江苏数字孪生水网框架的水工程预报调度一体化应用,推动水网建设与智慧应用。 Jiangsu Province is located in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River and the Huaihe River Basins.It has important river and lake engineering systems such as the Taihu Lake,the Hongze Lake,the Grand Canal and the East Route of the South to North Water Transfer Project,which plays an important role in the national water network pattern.The construction of Jiangsu digital twin water network is an important measure and implementation path for high-quality development of water conservancy in the new stage.Based on the characteristics of river systems in Jiangsu Province and the practical needs of water conservancy management,this paper expounds the construction ideas of digital twin water network on the basis of problem analysis.Taking the Taihu Lake area as an example and the river network model as the core,the“four pres”function system for flood control is preliminarily constructed,and the integrated application of water project forecasting and dispatching based on the Jiangsu digital twin water network framework is explored,so as to fully promote the construction and intelligent application.
